My design process follows a structured approach that starts with consulting key stakeholders to analyze data and pinpoint performance gaps. Based on this analysis, I create tailored learning solutions to address these gaps and optimize business results. I work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define performance outcomes and establish learning objectives. I then outline content in a design document, laying the groundwork for engaging and relevant learning solutions. Through an iterative process, I write a detailed storyboard that shapes the learning experience. The solution is developed using the best tools suited to the chosen delivery method. Iteration is key to ensuring quality, with alpha, beta, and gold versions being reviewed and refined. Monitoring and evaluating learning outcomes and feedback helps identify areas for further improvement.
